French court reduces eBay fine [sub req'd]
The Paris Court of Appeals has significantly reduced a fine imposed on eBay for 
allowing counterfeit LVMH goods to be sold on its website. The auction platform 
will now have to pay ?5.7million ($7.3million) to luxury-goods maker LVMH due to 
the decision by the Parisian court today, which is significantly down from the 
?38.5million ($49.6million) fine the Tribunal de Commerce ordered eBay to pay in 
June 2008.

European Parliament passes anti-ACTA declaration
