Kim I really don't think that the auDA can stand proud in providing information to the marketplace about the auctions!!! For instance the information that you referred to "The auction is in progress. Take a look at http://www.auda.org.au/about/news/2002040202.html" Kim this article is more than 1 and a half months old!! Not what I would regard as timely or up to date Phil Wright -----Original Message----- From: Kim Davies [mailto:kim§cynosure.com.au] Sent: Friday, 17 May 2002 1:51 AM To: dns§lists.auda.org.au Subject: Re: [DNS] Where to find? Quoting Rohan Levy on Friday May 17, 2002: | How is one able to view the auction details, what domains are still | available, and what the going rates are? | Apologies in advance if these questions has already been addressed. The auction is in progress. Take a look at http://www.auda.org.au/about/news/2002040202.html You can not enter the auction process now. The going rates have not been officially announced, but obviously they are in some way available. Apparently it is auDA's fault but the accusor won't say why or how. As per usual everyone is vague about their accusations. I would have thought if someone were actually serious about geniunely wanting whatever problem fixed they would notify auDA, let them fix it, and then scream about it later if auDA's conduct was not up to scratch. Dropping vague hints and forcing people to play detective doesn't do anything but frustrate everyone on both sides. kim --------------------------------------------------------------------------- List policy, unsubscribing and archives => http://www.auda.org.au/list/dns/ Please do not retransmit articles on this list without permission of the author, further information at the above URL.
