Of the main offenders, DDNS is probably the best of a bad group - they
aren't blatantly deceptive.  Clients, however, can't see any difference.

Having said that though, it still doesn't excuse the way they "market"
themselves or the way they misuse what clients believe to be private
information.

I've been submitting complaints to the ACCC about ING, I expect DDNS is 
a similar situation right? Every letter from ING I get, I forward to the 
ACCC as well as making a telephone complaint. Perhaps they'll act on 
these people eventually if only to shut everybody up.
