But who's monitoring the policy and what power do they have? It seems that auDA can't kick them off the list, ACCC can't, who else is there? I've also noticed that since they've been on that list, ING is 'kind of' behaving itself with less unsolicited renewals going out and they're only pushing their business directory. Is ING behaving good until they become a registry??
