It's grandfathered.  Are you now going to call for the revocation of all
domain names that don't meet current policy, such as News Corporation's
news.com.au?  Or Harvey Norman's www.com.au?  Or the oz.au domain?

I don't think KRE would appreciate mail on this subject, either.
