If you own the .org.au domain name, you approve it! Its the service providers that are taking so long, it should be a 24 hour thing... If you read aunic.net information about delegation, you fill in a form with the required nameservers and in about 24 hours they are completed, if the nameservers are configured... I have registered a .org.au name for my church, i know it took a while to get at first, but when i want to delegate it (move serviceproviders), that does not take long at all...
