Not sure I can agree on that one,

Brisbane.com is not the relevant name for the brisbane city council.

brisbane.qld.gov.au

or brisbane.org.au would be more appropriate


If brisbane city council can show registration in bad faith then there 
would be a bit of a case.

There would still be no clear case that brisbane city council should be the 
grantee though.
