I want to remind people that a concensus is required by the IETF for a change to the ownership of a top level domain. Again, I point out the neither the AVCC or CSIRO has been formally approached about the creation of ADNA. One or other of these bodies may very well object to IETF about INTIAA's railroading of this proposal, bringing the proposed ADNA to a halt. This is not because either body objects to ADNA as such, but simply because they may veto things they have not been asked to consider. Again, it is well past time for a formal approach to both these bodies. "Formal" means in writing, on paper with INTIAA's letterhead -- not a mailing list discussion.
