The results of a new study on the security risks of proposed gTLD names likely will lead to delays of many new gTLD applications by at least four months. Last month the Justice Department won an antitrust suit against Apple, convincing Judge Denise Cote of United States District Court that the company had colluded with five major publishers to fix e-book prices.
