Hmm, I just found another domain which shows Aussie HQ as the owner. It appears that as well as now owning the domain TREECUSTODIANS.COM ( without the former Registrant's permission ) whose website http://www.treecustodians.com is about a beautiful ancient tree in South Africa, that Aussie HQ, an AU Registrar, is also the proud owner of the domain NIGHTGEN.COM whose website http://nightgen.com appears to belong to a Heavy Metal music band. Regarding TotalNIC, the ACCC at the time, despite receiving numerous complaints about TotalNIC, including mine, was completely useless in fulfilling their assigned role of protecting consumers. I really applaud AUDA for their oustanding effort and actual result at the time to protect consumers from the conduct of TotalNIC.
