Australian Style is the owner of at least 3 registrars (Bottle  
Domains, Domain Central and Explorer Domains, they also run  
Name.com.au) so they can easily register any domain and by-pass the  
normal checks required - hence the registration of the .org.au even  
though it appears they are not eligible to hold it.

It appears they are snatching up high value domains for speculative  
purposes such as monetisation and/or selling and by owning so many  
registrars are in a prime position to get prime domains that expire  
with these registrars.
