In our golden age of technology, is there any possibility of a web-cast
or video stream of the meeting for those who cannot attend in person?

If nay, could this please be brought up at the meeting, because I am
sure many would like to see what takes place. If this is not the
appropriate place to bring up this request, could someone please point
me in the right direction for lodging request?

I would be happy to provide an appropriately licensed media streaming
server for the meeting event gratis.
