If you guys recall, several months ago I bought up the issue of the 
wildcards on au.com.au, and com.com.au was causing a lot of issues with 
certain network setups and certain operating systems.

As far as I'm concerned, there is no valid reason at all to open up these 
domain names to the public? What public service are they going to provide? 
The people who have historically registered them, are who? Oh that's right, 
advertising companies and link farms. They provide zero useful content and 
are just a waste of resources. As such.. Why even bother opening them up? 
Sure other tld's offer them, but what are we? Sheep?

Just deny these domains from being registered and be done with it. Avoids 
situations that occurred previously, and avoids the limitations of auda 
saying you can't use wildcards for some domains.
