One can only marvel at the laxness of 7-eleven. My real question, though, is how did Mr Ng qualify himself to be the registrant in the first place? I'd have thought a responsible registrar would at the very least to query an individual's attempt to register a household brand as his own domain name. An astute registrar might have seized on the opportunity and contacted 7-eleven to offer their services and perhaps sell them the domain name. Only an asleep registrar would register the name as it stands.
