Dear Chesley, The onus is not on me to prove Josh is not obsessive compulsive, but for you to prove he is. You are the one making the claim. Lawyers amongst us may or may not wish to comment, but I'd suggest you claims against Josh are defamatory. With your comments regarding DROA, does this mean you openly admit you were scamming and deliberately deceiving the people to which you sent "The dodgy invoices" as noted in The Register? Also, I suggest it is not only Josh who has taken an interest in your affairs, to which I am grateful, but also Nominet who has invested time and expense. The Register has also been reporting on your dubious practises as far back as 2004. Are you not willing to defame Nominet or The Register?
