I'm sorry, maybe you misunderstood my question.

I asked you if you can back up your claims regarding
Josh Rowe being an "obsessive compulsive".

Could you explain why you have this belief? As was
pointed out in Jim Preston's post this is a condition
diagnosed by the medical condition.

Unless you have evidence to back up what you have to
say, I suggest you cease and desist lest you demean
your character further at the very least.
