How about contacting us via the appropriate channels? Do you often email
people within your power utility directly with a billing query?

As I mentioned at the time if the wheels have fallen off, I'm happy to
facilitate putting them back on. I'm yet to see any indication this has
occurred, however.

If you want to make this personal, that's fine, take it off-list. In the
meantime I think we can all safely agree that the banter simply isn't
required.
