[DNS] recent flooding attacks

For those of you interested in non-political DNS news, you might be
aware that a flooding attack on 'x.p.ctrc.cc' has been underway for a
while.

One possibility to prevent it from occuring is disabling recursion[1] on
your nameservers; if you are interested there is a discussion about this
