With the malicious change to the domain record this afternoon, and previous dealings with the other party (being the incorrect contact name on the domain), Netrider is comfortable that it is not a misunderstanding on this persons part. I have also had numerous emails with the Sales Manager at NetRegistry this afternoon and this evening outlining to him the legal documentation demonstrating Netrider as the legal leasee of the domain. With the formal organisation name, ABN, Victorian Business Name registration, Trademark, other .au domains held by Netrider, the WHOIS output prior to 16:26 this afternoon, and the IP for www.netrider.org.au being the same as netrider.com.au it's quite obvious that Netrider is the legal holder of the lease. Unfortunately, despite all this documentation, this afternoons and this evenings dialogue with the NetRegistry Sales Manager has still left NetRegistry failing to recognise Netrider as the legal leasee. -- Cheers, JasonReceived on Fri Oct 03 2003 - 00:00:00 UTC
