Running a list?

That would be terrifying!

With the risk of personal attacks and defamation I would be worried 24 7
that I would become involved in legal action for broadcasting unlawful
messages.

I would hope that the internet is above the law.
On the chance that I wouldn't become involved, would it be worth the risk?

Especially with some individuals and companies involved on the list being
accustomed to legal bills tens of thousands of dollars per week it would not
take long for my house, my car and my sea doo jet boat to get taken away by
legal expenses, and for what benefits?

How would I explain it to the family?
Was it something I could have foreseen happening?

If I lost, and the process would probably go for a year or more I would have
to pay the other sides fees as well as all damages- very risky business
indeed!

Better to shirk the responsibility on to somebody else - somebody who
doesn't understand the legal side of things.

Especially if I could find somebody that would be willing to take the big
risks without any payment, I would make sure to remind everybody it was
their list though.

Brad

P.S. Still haven't sold the sea doo anybody making any money in this
industry?
