Brad, from my point of view if you have a product or service that meets business needs at a reasonable price, and reliably so, I wish you good luck. Advertise it in the appropriate fora, mail it, hand it out at supermarkets, drop it into letterboxes (even mine) - whatever technique works. Personally I hate spam and junk mail, but that's quite another issue. It's your right in a free market economy to develop your business that way. HOWEVER, if you seek to do so in a way that arguably entraps customers into an onerous, one-sided contract, then I have the right (even obligation) to object, and to warn my customers about it. Especially when they could be the ones getting burnt by such practices. It's NOT your right to deceive customers. If you want to sell home cooked recipes, go right ahead. If you were to view that market with the same contempt and disdain that you show this one, then you would get short shrift there as well. You see, most of us have principles, and we are all prejudiced against those who appear not to. I suspect that therein lies the root cause of the bias of which you complain.
