Or you may have to go through a lengthy and expensive dispute resolution
process. Depends how badly you both want the domain.

I would also point out that your corporate schizophrenia isn't
going to help your case. You should decide whether you are
MOZZIE RID PTY LTD ACN 088 318 423  as claimed in your signature
or MOZZIE MAGNET PTY LIMITED ACN 101 907 733 which may have a
claim to the domain name you seek. Because if you trade as Mozzie Rid
then it's going to be pretty hard to build a "passing off" case against
the domain owners.
