I am sorry but I disagree with your view.  

I consider that some of the board members will receive a copy of this e-mail and may feel some obligation to inquire further into these matters.  Perhaps even at the Board meeting to be held 10 August 2003.

This is a public forum and these are very public issues that require a public response.
