You did write that Mr Rafferty is a director of both Domain Names Australia
Pty Ltd and Internet Registry Pty Ltd.

IF Mr Rafferty is a director of both, one is a registrar and one not. is it
clear what is happening. one organisation he is involved with is regulated
by auDA policy. the other is not, he can do anything with the non regulated
company and the only organisation he has to answer for the the ACCC. If
this is the case, he is getting the best of both worlds.

How long will it be untill each registrar has a "convenient" shelf company
which can be used to avoid auDA policy regulation. After all the business
has to go through a registrar anyway, how it gets there appears to be a
free for all, and the only organisations restricted are the registrars.

How many times does an organisation have to breach the auDA policy
before
their registrar / resellar status is revoked?
looks like Mr Rafferty does not have a great deal of regard for the auDA
policys and like some other organisations is persuing an agenda to reap
as
much money as they can while the regulations can be circumvented.
