Hello Mark,

You need to separate getting the legal name right of the domain name
licence holder, from the criteria for regisering the name - such as
close and substantial.

The Registrant name and address needs to be accurate.

I assume you would want your name recorded correctly on a house title,
etc.
Saves major legal problems later.
