Hi, I'm assisting a friend with the defence for a domain that is currently pending with WIPO under the auDRP. The registrar of the domain name is Melbourne IT. My friend is changing hosting providers for his website, and as such needs to redelegate to a different set of DNS servers, however Melbourne IT are not letting him, stating that because the domain is under dispute that it is "locked". I can't find anywhere in auDRP policy that gives the Registrar any right to prevent the Registrant (and in this case, Respondent to the dispute) from redelegating the domain during the period of dispute. Is this right, or have I missed something? Thanks...MJMReceived on Fri Oct 03 2003 - 00:00:00 UTC
