You could look at what auda thinks are value added services registrars can
provide and rate the registrars within those guidelines the result might
suprise many.

You've hit the nail right on the head.

Price comparison alone is flawed - otherwise Namescout would own the .au
market and everyone else would be out of business.

McDonald's sets itself apart from it's competition by training staff in it's
core principles; Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value (QSC&V*).

Registrars and resellers,

What are your core principles?  Why do your customers choose you over the
rest?

If you're happy to share your ideas with me (on or off list) then I'll build
