I think auDA and the ACCC have already proven their willingness and ability
to deal with dodgy operators in this industry.  There are at least two recent
examples that everyone on this list will be aware of.  

There will always be more that can be done and there will always be a lagtime
before regulatory processes catch up with organisations that are breaking
the rules, but I think it's important to recognise the advances that have
been made in the last 12 months.

You are entitled to your cynicism, I on the other hand choose to see the
glass as half full.
