If they actually had a going concern attached to them I could understand a bit better but to expect this type of price for only a domain name is a little out of touch with reality in my opinion. To me this is a form of speculation and it is unfortunate that some will see these and imagine the value of domain names they hold are high and may be tempted to speculate also.
