In regards to the auctions, your asking me for advice on something that has
already taken place,
In regards to the selling or leasing of domain names, the auDA has already
started motion where you cannot purport to transfer a domain name and as we
have already seen you may face losing the right to use the domain name
should you cross that line, the auDA just created a black market for domain
selling in Australia.
