Also..
Why would you enter into a lease contract when the following could happen.
1/ The Licencee forget to renew oops
2/ The name is in use outside of policy and is then subject to the domain
being revoked by AUDA
3/ AUDA deems the name to be outside of policy and revokes it anyway.
It's like leasing a house to live in but it's got no front or back door to
secure your possessions.
