With respect to the published policy auda-2002-24, I'm curious if "leasing"
the use of a domain name, by matter of either delegating or redirecting it
to a third-party whilst still retaining the license to hold the domain name
is in breach of this policy and the license to hold it?

No matter how many times I read the .au policy in relation to selling domain
names, I still can't help thinking that in a capitalist society it simply
cannot be prevented!
