Thank you Jon I'll pass your comments onto the Committee. Whilst the Code is not perfect, DNS members should note that the Committee has recommended to the auDA Board that the Code be reviewed at 3, 6 and 12 months. This will give an opportunity to develop the Code progressively, in light of experience with it. As a Member of the Committee (and before that Panels) I have found DNS members' contributions most informative and helpful in the development of policy and the Code. A fine piece of work it appears to be at first glance. I would also congratulate the committee for producing such a thorough document within 6 months of being constituted. An example that I hope ICANN's registrar constituency (who have been 'working' on a code of conduct for something like 2 years - its been so long I forget) will now be able to follow. regards jon ... snip ...Received on Fri Oct 03 2003 - 00:00:00 UTC
