There is only one thing more frustrating that not being able to get a problem resolved; and that is not being given the opportunity to complain about it!!! I have been trying to get a .net.au domain redelegated (with MelbourneIT) since last Wednesday. So far nothing. My emails go unanswered. My phone calls are disconnected due to a "high volume of calls". Reminds me of a company I used to work for, now I know how our customers felt! Is aunames§melbourneit.com.au the correct email address to be sending my requests to? -----Original Message----- From: Dave Hooper [mailto:dave§davehooper.net] Sent: Monday, 12 August 2002 10:27 To: dns§lists.auda.org.au Subject: RE: [DNS] WebCentral - Melbourne IT redelegation > -----Original Message----- > From: Dave Hooper [mailto:dave§davehooper.net] > Sent: Monday, 12 August 2002 9:45 AM > To: dns§lists.auda.org.au > Subject: [DNS] WebCentral - Melbourne IT redelegation > > > We had an instance over the weekend where two of our clients > domains were delegated away to WebCentral. I have 2 very upset clients, and probably a handful more who have no idea why their sites are down, and I cannot get answers from either of the parties concerned. Any suggestions on who my lawyer should be contacting?
