Well, I still have a $49 charge on my credit card from them
(and another for $29.99 from NameScout). 

Both were for domains applied for on July 1.
Both domains were rejected (due to their problems, I was eligible).
Both told me I would be charged back the amount (only after I complained).
Both have still not charged back the amount.

I think they should first concentrate on fixing their screw ups
from Day 1 before they offer rapid turnarounds for new registrations.

Increasingly disgruntled,
