So Bruce in your opinion at what point is an application made for a domain name. We will ignore the reseller in this equation as they only facilitate the sale and marketing of the services of the Registrant. I took it to be at the time an application is made for a domain with the Registrar. PS. When will I be able to manage my domain through the MelbourneIT interface.
