Perhaps you could try the following:

Name Policy Advisory Panel
http://www.auda.org.au/policy/panel-name-2000/

Competition Policy Advisory Panel
http://www.auda.org.au/policy/panel-competition-2000/

These reports have been adopted as policy by the auDA Board.  They have made a
determined attempt to establish the same policy framework for all 2LDs.

In other words, there is no separate .com.au policy.
