I was wondering.
Suppose a company sends unsolicited renewals to australian consumers.
Suppose the renewal notice fits with an interim code of practice.

What is the difference between that and a company that grabs the yellow
pages and call people to sell a kitchen or a vacuum cleaner ?
Should the company that sells the vacuum cleaner be reported to the ACCC ?
