Quoting Ginger FISH on Wednesday May 15, 2002: | [...dodgy resellers...] | I can't understand why AUda tolerate such practices. Ginger - this is wearing thin. Or maybe you just choose not to listen. auDA doesn't tolerate deceptive advertising. Why would it? It has never said that it does. auDA is simply not empowered to act on things in the way we would all like. The situation has been identified ad nauseum. With a huge shift of the industry on the horizon, auDA has taken steps to ensure it CAN act and WILL reduce this kind of conduct in the near future. Surely you can think of something new or productive to add to this discussion. If you can't, I for one, would be glad to let you know we have heard your point over and over again. You don't need to make yourself a perpetual echo in here. kimReceived on Fri Oct 03 2003 - 00:00:00 UTC
