Rod,

I spoke to you personally with regards to your recent marketing just a few
days ago and your attitude of
"so what, I can change it overnight to save my ass if I have to" was
extremely arrogant and none the less disappointing.
I spend half my days dealing with clients complaining about receiving this
type of deceptive marketing from ING etc., and it's unbelievably annoying to
think that as the ACCC knocks one on the head yet another deceptive
marketing scheme surfaces.

To everyone reading this list, the domain renewal notice posted yesterday
addressed to "Accounts Payable" is definitely intact and unaltered as it is
identical to that received by a number of my clients in recent days.
Original documents will be forwarded to the ACCC, auDA, and to Mr Josh Rowe
forthwith.

Rod Keys, you are on the COC Committee and yet you are sending out
unsolicited renewal notices to consumers your company has had no prior
dealings with. I expect you would clean up your act and apologise to this
community for your very recent deception instead of trying to pull the wool
over everyone's eyes. Facts and the truth may embarrass you Rod, but they
are what they are and there is no denying. Upon receipt of the documentation
it will be enlightening to see if Chris actually does think your marketing
practices are clean and in accordance with the interim coc.

Regards.

Josh,
1/ We no longer use the address accounts payable gone!! What was used was
old and not complete and altered.. copyright violation perhaps. Mr.C.
Disspain has looked at our doc and was clear it was not misleading.
2/ The actual certificate is quite clear it's a domain name licence.

Rod
