fwiw, I bought this sales script book a couple of years ago. It's an old, rather mediocre typed (wellll ... maybe word processed) "manual" that's greatly over-hyped as far as I'm concerned. If you use it as recommended, every time a client posed a question, you'd have to ask them to hold while you spent the next 10 minutes looking up the "correct" answer. I found it of no value whatsoever. I am not very happy about this. "A fantastic new selling tool..... and it has hit the market like a rocket. Sales Script Books have been responsible for documented increases in sales totalling millions of dollars. Now updated with many new entries. " What steps are being taken to protect consumers by auDA from this type of abuse especially with regards to the whois database and email addresses? --------------------------------------------------------------------------- List policy, unsubscribing and archives => http://www.auda.org.au/list/dns/ Please do not retransmit articles on this list without permission of the author, further information at the above URL.
