How do you substancally argue that someone used a any name for a web site name to 'trick minors' into visiting pornographic materials? If a minor gets to an adult site there are warnings... of which children will sort out this sort of thing on there own accord anyway, no tricks just kids being kids. No compensation for good parental supervision or lockout programs for kids to surf the net. It will not substantially protect this happening.. it does not mean that it will stop or can be protected against when its an after the fact occourance.. It was simply made the public aware of certain practices to ensure that people look after there names when minors are involved. It will be interesting to see how long it takes someone to sue under this and actually win. Educate not legislate.
