	As you are aware, ICANN's CEO and President has recently issued a
proposal for ICANN Reform.  NOIE is currently developing an Australian
Government view on the proposal and would greatly appreciate your views on
this issue.  

	A consultation paper has been developed to focus comments and is
available at www.noie.gov.au/icannreview

	Comments are sought by 6 May 2002 and should be sent to:
