Doesn't www.acp.au.com (often confused with www.acp.com.au) break the two
letter rule in
http://www.icann.org/tlds/agreements/verisign/registry-agmt-appk-com-16apr01
.htm?

Or does that just mean noone can register au.com?

But by the same rule, noone should have been able to register org.com....
