Bruce,

I would like to know when this change was made and when you planned( or
have sent updates) telling you resellers. Only yesterday or the day before
it was not this way and I don't think that without notifiing resellers of
changes that making the changes is a good idea.

I have been told more than three times by your support team & accounts team
that this is how it works and I have had to make changes here to
compensate.

If this is now the case why could I not renew a domain name attached to our
account that expires at the start of next month, with out sending an email
to you guys..... ???? Shouldn't the domain name remain in our reseller
login section to be renewed right up to midnight the date of expiry.
