Remember that all but two of auDA's Board members are elected by auDA
members.  The Board members are not
auDA's representatives.  The auDA staff do not select or control the Board
representation.

The two non-elected Board members are Tony Staley and Greg Crew.  They have
been invited to join the Board by the elected Board members to bring
additional experience to the Board.

If you want to change the composition of the Board you can:
(1) Join auDA as a member if you are not already, and vote at the annual
general meeting
(2) Stand for election as a Board member

Most of the policy work in auDA is done by volunteers that nominate to join
various committees including names policy, competition policy, code of
conduct etc.
