As Mr Spock would say : Fascinating Why not create a "REAL" association for the "PROTECTION OF CONSUMERS AGAINST SCAMMERS AND LIARS", that would be a bit more effective than a little website. Create a real REGISTERED association that would take action against whoever doesn't play by the rules, something like Greenpeace that would kick the french doing Nuke tests, NOW THAT WOULD BE A START. An association with people that can be TRUSTED and that would make a duty of hunting down scammers and expose them ( that's rather easy, these idiots leave traces of their exploits all over the internet, search google for "Internet Name Group" ), that would send valuable info straight to the newspapers .... create something like that with people that have real balls and then it's a different story, the the deaf people will seriously shit their pants and ACT accordingly to the REAL rules. Create that association, warn all the papers in town that it is real and that war against IT gangsters has started .. Basically, create an indepentant IT Police, it's free, it's legal and it hurts. Some of you may think that it sounds childish, but face it, that's the only way to enforce anything.
