Bent Coppers

Dear Karl,

I cannot think of any good reason that anything in my contribution to the
list made you think that I was in any way referring to Capital Networks
Pty Ltd trading as Total Nic and/or totalnic. If you drew any inference to
that effect from my words I would appreciate it if you removed it from
your mind entirely.

Capital Networks Pty Limited is to the best of my knowledge a fine
company, staffed by efficient, well trained and polite people. In my
posting I just wished to draw people's attention to the alleged
experiences of some people with a certain registrar that I am sure you
would agree I could not possibly name.

Since I am in correspondence with them, I do know that the ACCC
(http://www.accc.gov.au) is currently looking at the practices of that
particular registrar (not necessarily Capital Networks Pty Limted) who may
possibly be Australian based and that material relevant to their enquiries
can be sent to their Brisbane office by email or by post quoting reference
MARS 273616.

Neither this information nor my previous psoting should not be construed in
any way as
referring to Capital Networks Pty Limited or any related entity or person.

Kind regards

Chris Berkeley
