Jon, what hope does any person have of effecting change when the auDA
administrator is clearly acting irresponsibly and practically laying out the
red carpet for the scammers of this industry??

Well...the ICANN Registrar Constituency has been talking about a code of
conduct for over two years, Nominet (uk registry) has also been failed to
implement anything for a similar length of time.

If auDA is able to facilitate the adoption of a code of conduct within 6
months of registrar competition being introduced then it will be a
considerable
achievement.

Perhaps if you redirected some of the energy you expend on your campaigns
against specific registrars towards actually achieving this goal then the
concerns you have about certain business models are more likely to be
resolved
sooner rather than later with the adoption of an effective and enforceable
code.
