There is nothing to stop the Code from mentioning 'ethical practices'; which *many* other Codes do. In fact, it would be negligent of auDA if the Code did NOT mention ethics. All: The ACCC takes action based on (amongst other things) how many 'end-users' are affected by practices like passing-off or deliberate misrepresentation of a product or service. So this is an open invitation: if you have a sample of ING marketing, and you believe it to be against the TPA w.r.t. the above areas, please mail it to me.
